Welcome to Build a Better Butt (BBB for short). These terms exist to set expectations – no surprises, no fine print games. Just clarity on what you're buying, what you can expect, and what we’re both responsible for.

By purchasing or using Build a Better Butt, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, best to hold off on jumping in.

1. What You’re Getting

Build a Better Butt is a digital fitness program. You’re buying access to the content for personal use, not to share, resell, or redistribute.

You'll get:

A structured course focused on glute training and movement education
Follow-along sessions, video breakdowns, and guided progressions
Lifetime access (as long as the course exists)

You won’t get:

Personalized coaching (unless clearly stated)
Medical advice (more on that below)

2. This Is Not Medical Advice

Just to be crystal clear: I’m not a doctor, physio, or medical professional. This program doesn’t diagnose, treat, or manage any health condition. It’s educational, meant to help you better understand how your body moves.

If you have an injury, health condition, or anything you’re unsure about, check with a qualified health professional first. Use the program at your own risk.

3. Refunds & Guarantees

You’ve got 30 days to try the program. If it’s not what you expected, just email us at support@buildabetterbutt.co and we’ll sort out a refund. No hoops, no weird forms.

We do this because we believe in the work – and also because it aligns with Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a refund if the program fails to meet acceptable quality, isn’t what was promised, or has a major issue.

We don’t offer refunds after the 30 days unless required by law.

4. Australian Consumer Law (Your Rights)

Under Australian Consumer Law, digital products like this one come with automatic guarantees. That means:

If the program has a major fault, you’re entitled to a refund
If it’s not what was promised, you can ask for a remedy
These rights can’t be waived, even if you accept these terms

We’re cool with that. We play fair.

5. Payments & Access

Payment is collected securely through third-party providers like Stripe or PayPal. Once it’s processed, you’ll get access to the full course.

You’re responsible for keeping your login details private. If you share your account or we detect misuse, we may revoke access.

6. Keeping Your Info Safe

All content in BBB, videos, explanations, frameworks, terms like “Glute Platform”, is original and protected by copyright. You can use it for your own training, but you can’t reproduce, repackage, or teach it as your own without permission.

7. Stuff We’re Not Liable For

We can’t guarantee specific outcomes, because every body is different. Results depend on many factors, your starting point, consistency, how well you apply the teachings, etc.

We’re not responsible for injuries, losses, or anything that happens from using the program without appropriate care or guidance. That said, if there’s ever a genuine problem, we’ll do our best to help.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we’ll post the updated version on our website with a new date.
